How to update Windows Phone 7 via Zune

Are you waiting for Windows Phone 7 update? As you may know, there are rumors that it could be released as early as Feb 7th. The update might include copy & paste, phantom data usage fix, and performance enhancement.
Here is how to update Windows Phone 7 via Zune.
1) Install Zune first, if you don’t have. The Zune is required to update your phone. Mac users can get Windows Phone 7 Connector from here.
2) Connect your Windows Phone 7 with the Zune though USB cable.

 
3) Turn on updates on your Windows Phone 7.
Setting > System > Phone Update
Once the update is available, the phone will notify you.
4) If the update can’t be installed OTA, then make sure the Windows Phone 7 device is not connected to the Zune. Make sure if your Zune software is up to date. (At Zune, Setting > Software > General > Software Updates > Check for updates.)
5)  Reconnect the Windows phone 7 to your PC and restart the phone, you should get the notification about the update and the Zune software guide you through the installation.
